[TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS]

These Ticketing Terms and Conditions (“Ticket Terms”) apply to all ticket purchases for events organised by Blobjam Ltd, including but not limited to the “Oshi Vision” event scheduled for 14 June 2026, and to any future events we promote or manage (each an “Event”).
By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to these Ticket Terms.
1. Your contract with us
Tickets are sold by Blobjam Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). Your contract for the purchase of a ticket is formed when your order is accepted and you receive a confirmation email from us or from our authorised ticketing partner.
If you purchase a ticket from an unauthorised reseller, we cannot guarantee that the ticket is valid.
2. Event details
Your ticket entitles you to access the specific Event stated on the ticket, on the date, time and at the location (physical or online) stated on the ticket or in the confirmation email.
We may make reasonable changes to the Event (including, for example, changes to the talent line-up, schedule, programme or supporting activities). A change of VTuber talent or running order does not normally entitle you to a refund, provided the Event as a whole still takes place.
3. Ticket categories and access
Different ticket types may include different rights (such as general admission, priority entry, meet and greet sessions or merchandise bundles). The specific inclusions for each ticket type will be described at the point of purchase.
You must not attempt to access any area or session that is not included with your ticket.
4. Prices, fees and payment
Ticket prices, booking fees and any additional charges will be displayed at the point of purchase. Prices may change at any time before you complete your purchase.
Payment is taken at the time of booking. Your ticket is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.
5. Age restrictions
Any age restrictions or recommendations will be stated on the Event information page. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet the relevant age requirements or that you are purchasing on behalf of someone who does.
We reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse entry if appropriate proof is not provided.
6. Ticket delivery
Tickets may be delivered electronically (for example, via email, QR code or account login). You are responsible for keeping your ticket safe and not sharing it publicly.
If you believe your ticket has been lost, stolen or copied, you must contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, reissue tickets or apply additional checks at entry.
7. Transfers, resale and prohibited behaviour
Tickets are personal to you and must not be resold for commercial gain.
We may allow personal transfers (for example, giving your ticket to a friend) subject to any conditions stated at the point of sale or by our ticketing partner. You are responsible for ensuring that the new ticket holder is aware of these Ticket Terms.
We reserve the right to cancel tickets that we reasonably believe have been resold or used in breach of these terms, without refund.
8. Entry conditions and security
Entry to the Event is subject to:
- Possession of a valid ticket
- Compliance with venue rules and security checks
- Compliance with our Event Code of Conduct
We may, acting reasonably, refuse access or remove any attendee who:
- Fails security checks or refuses to comply with them
- Is intoxicated, abusive, aggressive or behaves in a way that puts others at risk
- Harasses staff, volunteers, talent or other attendees
- Attempts to doxx, film secretly or otherwise compromise the privacy of VTuber talent
In such circumstances no refund will be due.
9. Recording, photography and IP
We may record or photograph the Event for promotional, archival or security purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in such recordings as part of the audience.
Unauthorised professional filming or photography may be restricted. Rules about taking photos or videos during meet and greet sessions or performances will be clearly communicated at the Event and must be respected.
VTuber avatars, names, logos and related media are protected intellectual property. You must not create or sell unauthorised merchandise or use Event imagery in a way that suggests endorsement by Blobjam or the talent.
10. Cancellations and changes
If we cancel an Event in full, you will normally be entitled to a refund of the ticket price (excluding any non-refundable charges stated at the time of purchase) through the original point of sale.
If an Event is postponed or significantly relocated, we will offer either a replacement ticket for the new date/location or a refund, in line with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We are not responsible for additional costs you incur such as travel, accommodation, or loss of income.
11. Your legal right to cancel
Tickets are for leisure services taking place on a specific date. Under UK consumer law, this means you do not have a general statutory right to cancel and receive a refund once your booking has been confirmed.
Any refunds or exchanges beyond those set out above are at our discretion, as described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Ticket Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with your ticket and attendance at the Event will be limited to the price paid for your ticket.
13. Governing law
These Ticket Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
[REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY]

This Refund and Cancellation Policy should be read together with our Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
1. Your statutory rights
Tickets for our events are for leisure services taking place on a specific date. Under UK consumer law, this means there is generally no automatic right to cancel your ticket and receive a refund once your order is confirmed.
This policy sets out when we will provide refunds or exchanges as a matter of our own policy.
2. If we cancel the event
If we cancel an Event in full, you will normally receive a refund of the ticket price you paid, through the original point of purchase. Booking fees and other charges may be non-refundable where this was clearly stated at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for any additional costs you incur such as travel or accommodation.
3. If we postpone or significantly change the event
If an Event is postponed to a new date or relocated to a significantly different venue, we will offer you the choice of:
- Keeping your ticket for the rescheduled Event, or
- Requesting a refund of the ticket price
We will provide details of how to exercise this choice within a reasonable timeframe after announcing the change.
4. Changes to line-up or programme
Sometimes talent or programme changes are unavoidable. A change to the line-up, running order or specific VTuber talent does not usually entitle you to a refund, provided the Event as a whole still takes place.
5. If you can no longer attend
If you can no longer attend, please contact us or the ticketing provider as early as possible. We do not guarantee refunds in this situation, but at our discretion we may:
- Allow a personal transfer of your ticket to another attendee, or
- Provide a refund or partial refund if we are able to resell the ticket
Any such arrangements will be subject to administrative constraints and may not be possible close to the Event date.
6. How to request a refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, please contact the original point of purchase (for example, our ticketing platform) with:
- Your name
- Booking reference
- Event name and date
- Reason for your request
We will aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
[CODE OF CONDUCT]

Blobjam aims to create a safe, welcoming environment for VTuber talent, staff, volunteers and attendees. By purchasing a ticket and attending our Events you agree to comply with this Code of Conduct.
1. Respect for others
- Treat all attendees, staff, volunteers and talent with respect
- Harassment, discrimination, bullying or abuse of any kind will not be tolerated
- Follow the instructions of staff and security at all times
2. Privacy and doxxing
- Many VTuber talents maintain strict separation between their on-screen persona and private life
- Attempting to discover, reveal or share private identity information is strictly prohibited
- You must not stalk, follow or approach talent outside designated areas or sessions
3. Behaviour and safety
You must not:
- Engage in violent, threatening, aggressive or excessively disruptive behaviour
- Bring prohibited items as specified by the venue or security
- Consume alcohol or substances in a way that endangers yourself or others
We may remove any person whose behaviour, in our reasonable opinion, breaches this Code or creates risk. No refund will be provided in such cases.
4. Photography, recording and social media
- Follow the specific rules communicated at the Event regarding photography and recording
- Some areas or sessions (for example, meet and greet rooms) may have limited or no photography to protect privacy
- If you post content from the Event on social media, do not misrepresent or edit it in a way that is misleading or harmful
5. Cosplay and props
If cosplay is permitted:
- Props must comply with venue and security rules
- Real or realistic weapons, or anything that could reasonably cause harm or panic, are not allowed
- Staff and security may inspect props and may require you to leave items in a cloakroom
6. Reporting concerns
If you experience or witness behaviour that breaches this Code of Conduct, please contact a member of staff or security immediately. We want to know about problems so we can address them quickly.
7. Updates
We may update this Code from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of the Event will apply.
[OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS]

The following additional terms apply specifically to the “Oshi Vision” event scheduled for 14 June 2026 (the “Event”). They apply in addition to our general Ticketing Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict, these Additional Terms will apply to this Event.
1. Nature of the Event and Virtual Talent
Oshi Vision features virtual performers (“VTubers”) who appear and perform through digital avatars.
Attendees acknowledge and accept that:
- VTubers may perform in person, via remote link, or through pre-recorded media; and
- The identity and real-world appearance of any VTuber is private and confidential.
2. Anonymity and Privacy of VTubers
Protecting the anonymity and privacy of VTuber talent is a core condition of attendance.
You must not, under any circumstances:
- Attempt to identify, follow or contact VTubers or their staff outside authorised public areas
- Record, share or discuss any information that could reasonably lead to a VTuber’s real-world identity (including name, address, workplace, legal identity, family details or personal social media accounts)
- Attempt to access backstage, restricted or staff-only areas without permission
- Engage in any doxxing or similar activity, whether during or after the Event
A breach of this clause is considered serious misconduct. We may immediately remove you from the Event without refund and may ban you from future events.
3. Meet & Greets and Talent Interactions (No Separate Ticketing)
For Oshi Vision there will be no separate ticketing system for meet & greets. Any meet & greet or interaction sessions are operated on a capacity-limited basis, managed by staff on the day.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Purchase of an Event ticket does not guarantee a personal meet & greet or direct interaction with any specific VTuber
- Access to any interaction area or queue will be managed on a first-come, first-served or scheduled basis, subject to safety, time and operational constraints
- Staff may limit the number of attendees allowed into an area, the format and length of each interaction, and the number or type of items that may be presented for signatures or photos
- We may modify, pause or end meet & greet activities at any time for safety, welfare, technical or scheduling reasons
Where the main Event goes ahead, changes to or limitations on meet & greet opportunities do not ordinarily entitle you to a refund.
4. Recording, Streaming and Use of Event Footage
We may film, photograph and/or live-stream parts of the Event for security, documentation and promotional purposes. By attending the Event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in such material as a member of the audience and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that footage in connection with the Event and future promotion.
Personal recording by attendees is subject to the following:
- You may take personal photos or short clips in general areas only where permitted by signage or staff
- Recording may be restricted or prohibited in certain performance segments, specific meet & greet or interaction spaces, and backstage, staff-only or private areas
- Professional or commercial filming, streaming or photography is not allowed without our prior written consent
If staff or security ask you to stop recording, or to delete specific images or footage that breaches these rules, you must comply immediately.
5. Content and Age Guidance
Oshi Vision is intended as a fan event for VTuber and related communities. Content may include:
- Loud music, sound effects and crowd noise
- Bright, flashing or strobing lights
- Occasional mild language, suggestive humour or themes suited to a teenage and adult audience
Any specific age limits or recommended age guidance will be stated on the event information page and at the point of ticket purchase. We may request proof of age and may refuse entry or certain activities if we reasonably believe the attendee does not meet the relevant age criteria.
If you have specific accessibility or content-related concerns (for example, sensitivity to light or sound), you should review event information carefully and contact us in advance where possible.
6. Cosplay, Props and Fan Items
Cosplay and fandom expression are welcome, subject to safety and venue rules.
You must not bring:
- Real or replica firearms, realistic weapons, metal blades or sharp objects
- Any item that could reasonably be considered dangerous or likely to cause alarm
- Oversized props that obstruct movement or exits, as determined by staff or security
Staff and security may inspect costumes, props, bags and other items; tag or restrict props to certain areas; or require that items be stored in a cloakroom or removed from the venue. Their decision is final.
7. Event Merchandise and Standees
During or after the Event, we may sell Event-related merchandise, including limited or event-exclusive items such as character standees featuring VTuber talent.
In respect of any standee auction or sale:
- Bidders or buyers gain ownership only of the physical item
- All intellectual property rights in the avatars, artwork and logos remain with the respective talent, agency or rights holder
- Purchase of a standee or any other item does not grant any licence to reproduce, sell or commercially exploit the image or character
- Payment, collection and any delivery arrangements will be explained at the point of sale or auction
Any revenue-sharing arrangements between Blobjam and the talent are internal and do not affect your rights as purchaser of the physical item.
8. Hybrid and Remote Participation
While Oshi Vision is planned as a physical in-person event, some appearances or segments may be delivered remotely (for example, live video link or pre-recorded segments) due to scheduling, travel, technical or welfare reasons.
A change in the mode of appearance of a specific VTuber (for example from in-person to remote) does not, on its own, entitle you to a refund, provided that the Event as a whole still takes place.
9. Bans and Future Events
We may, at our reasonable discretion, refuse entry to or remove from Oshi Vision any attendee who breaches these Additional Terms, our Event Code of Conduct, or venue rules.
For serious breaches such as harassment, threats, violence, doxxing, or repeated failure to comply with staff instructions, we may:
- Remove you from the Event without refund; and/or
- Ban you from attending future events organised or managed by Blobjam; and/or
- Share minimal necessary information with venue operators or security providers where legally appropriate for safety reasons.
10. Staff and Volunteers
Blobjam staff and volunteers act on behalf of the organiser to help deliver a safe and enjoyable event. You must follow reasonable instructions given by staff and security at all times.
Abuse, harassment or intimidation of staff or volunteers is treated as a serious breach and may result in removal from the Event without refund.
