Thank you for your interest in Oshi Vision’s first Vendors area!

Since this is a VTuber focused event, we will be outlining our guidelines and preferences to ensure a good time for both attendees and vendors.
There are 2 table types available, check below for more information.

For the first year, we will be discounting the spaces by 50%!

[REQUIREMENTS]

– Above 50% visible VTuber related content required
– Strictly no AI
– Sharing a table NOT permitted
– Attaching items to the Venue building is NOT permitted
– No adult themed goods on display

  • Is in the Lobby next to the venue entrance
  • Quieter space as it is away from the concert hall
  • Single 6ft x 2ft Table

[EXTRA INFORMATION]

– Build: ON the day from 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM before the event starts
– Packdown: After the event ends at 21:00 PM
– Review Time: Applications will take several weeks to review
