Want to help us run the show?

Oshi Vision are recruiting community volunteers for pre-event and on-the-day help.

Community efforts are the foundation of any successful event, and we’re incredibly excited to build Oshi Vision together with you!

Available Volunteer Roles:

  • Front of House + Shop
  • Meet & Greet Handler
  • Roaming Meet & Greet Handler
  • General Stewarding
  • General Tech

As a thank you for your help, you will receive:

  • Free entry to the event
  • A token for one meal

We will only use the data you provide below for the purpose of processing your application.
We will aim to process all volunteer applications before mid May.

[ROLE DETAILS]

Front of House + Shop

  • Handle entry to Oshi Vision
  • Man the front of house, giving out tickets and checking attendees in
  • Sell Oshi Vision merch at the shop
  • This is a very customer facing and social role

Meet & Greet Handler

  • Help run our talent Meet and Greets
  • Troubleshoot small tech issues to keep things running smoothly
  • Manage queues to prevent pile-ups
  • Keep interactions pleasant for talents and attendees

Roaming Meet & Greet Handler

  • Much the same requirements as above, but done while on the move around the event

General Stewarding

  • Help where help is needed
  • Manage queues, assist other roles, courier items to where they need to go
  • Requires good people and everyday skills

General Tech

  • Keep the show running with behind-the-scenes work
  • Very good tech skills required, bonus points for experience debugging streams, AV work or similar
